An exciting opportunity exists for a commercially minded and relationship‑driven Partner Success Manager to join Zurich’s growing Retail Life business on a 17-month contract starting in June.

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and working within our cross‑functional Self‑Directed Crew, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping a high‑performing, customer‑focused partner ecosystem. You’ll work closely with distribution partners to build strong relationships and help them thrive.

The position is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of distribution partners by bringing joint business plans to life, identifying growth opportunities and delivering sustainable commercial outcomes. You’ll bring strong commercial acumen, creativity and a sharp understanding of customer needs to create exceptional partner experiences in the Australian Life insurance market.

A strong focus on execution excellence, optimisation and deep relationship management will be key, alongside robust risk and governance oversight. By connecting partners with Zurich’s products, platforms and expertise, you’ll help maximise value, strengthen long‑term partnerships and support the continued success of our Retail Life business.

Important to your success - Unlock your potential

• Strong relationship management and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted commercial partnerships and present with impact
• Customer-centred mindset, with a clear focus on delivering positive partner and customer outcomes
• Commercial acumen across business development, distribution models and partner value creation, supported by data and insights
• Sound insurance knowledge (Life insurance a bonus) including products, underwriting fundamentals and distribution channels
• Strong risk and governance awareness
• Experience managing partner portfolios and working effectively across teams in fast-paced, agile environments
• 3–5 years’ experience in partnerships, business development or digital distribution within financial services, insurance, fintech or Insurtech; a business degree or similar is preferred.
